Well Rachelle thought she would give training Malevolence a go...she was one of the dressage trainers after all. And training her mare would help her get used to the new environment. So after tacking up she entered the ring. Today they were working on bending and sidepassing. This was going to be fun since her mare was very sassy today. She warmed up and felt pretty good so far. "Okay sweetie, lets talk through this" She said, knowing she couldnt understand, but maybe it would help. Ya never know. "A little pressure here, and a little pressure here.." she said as she was asking for a shoulder in, and she did it with ease. A good start to working on side passing. Ellie was used to shoulder ins and shoulder outs so this was a piece of cake. She can do sidepassing quite well also, just needed some fine tuning. She then walked her to the center of the ring to work on her side passing. Rachelle asked the first time and Ellie threw some sass in there, crowhopping three times. Rachelle didn't move an inch and returned back to the center. She then asked again, and Ellie slowly but surley sidepassed to the right. "Well we've both worked hard today, so time for a cool down baby girl" Rachelle said with a smile and leaned down and kissed her horse on his muzzle.( Yes, the gypsy's neck was short enough to achieve this task.) She then quietly returned to the wall and let her double reins run to the buckles.
